1 1/2 cups flour
2 eggs
1 T milk
1 tsp baking powder
pinch of salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix well. Divide into two balls. Roll dough on floured surface until very thin. Let dry a few hours. Roll and cut down center of the roll; then slice thin. Shake with excess flour. Cook in boiling beef or chicken stock. You can freeze the raw noodles for later use.
