1/2 lb cooked ham, thinly sliced
1/2 lb Genoa salami, thinly sliced
1 lb american cheese
2 c mayo (miracle whip in my family)
2 tsp oregano
1/2 head iceburg lettuce, shredded
1 onion, chopped
2 tomatoes, diced
12 hoagie rolls, torn into pieces for dipping

Directions:
Directions:
1. Tear ham, salami, and cheese into small pieces, place in large bowl.
2. In a medium bowl, blend mayo & oregano. Mix the mayo into the ham mixture 1/2 c at a time until meat and cheese are well coated. Mix in the onion.
3. Before serving, mix in the lettuce & tomatoes. Serve with the hoagie roll pieces for dipping

Got this at an office party luncheon. It's very easy and delicious. I've already added an additional 1/2 lb of cappicola and substitutted provolone for the American.
