1 (10 oz) pkg.frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
1 can (8 oz) water chestnuts, drained
1 C mayonnaise
1 box (1.4 oz) vegetable soup mix
1 1/4 C sour cream
1 C shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º. Chop water chestnuts finely. Mix water chestnuts, spinach, soup mix, sour cream and cheese. Spread on small bread slices and bake for 10 - 12 min.

For best bread - use frozen bread dough. Let rise partially and divide into thirds. Place in small metal tubing pan 1 - 2" diameter and 12" long and let rise fully. Bake for time indicated on package, then spread and bake as directed above.
