3/4 c. cream cheese, softened
4 - 10" flour tortillas
3/4 lb. smoked salmon, flaked
1 bunch of chives, fin.ely chopped
salt & pepper
wedge of lemon

Directions:
Directions:
Spread cream cheese on one side of each tortilla. Season w/ salt and pepper. Divide salmon between the 4 tortillas and spread evenly. Sprinkle salmon with a little lemon juice and sprinkle with chives. Tightly roll each tortilla into a log. Set on a plate and cover with plastic wrap. Place in the refrigerator for several hours. Slice log into salmon pinwheels, 1/2" - 1" wide.
