1 cup sugar
3 TBSP flour
1 stick butter
3 egg whites, stiffly beaten
2 cups milk
1 TBSP vanilla extract, more if desired
Nutmeg



Directions:
Directions:
Mix butter, sugar and flour. Add eggs, milk and vanilla. Mix well. Fold in 3 stiffly beaten egg whites. Sprinkle nutmeg on top before baking.
Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
