7 quarts popped corn, unsalted
2 sticks butter
2 cups brown sugar
1/2 C. white corn syrup
1/2 teaspoon salt

1 tsp baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
Make the popcorn. -reserve in a large roaster pan
Melt and stir all the other ingredients except the baking soda and popcorn, stirring constantly for 5 minutes.
Remove from heat then add baking soda.
Pour mixture over popcorn- stir to mix evenly.
Bake at 275 for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes
Cool and break apart.

I use a large roaster pan to mix the popcorn in you will be cooking the carmel corn after it is mixed.
