Ingredients:  
Stir together:
5 cups Hungry Jack Potato Flakes
3 teaspoons sugar
2 teaspoons salt

Add:
2 ane 1/4 cups cold water and stir

Add:
1 and 1/4 cup 7-up and stir

Add:
1 cup evaporated milk and stir

Add:
1/2 cup oil and stir

(at this point you can store dough in refrigerator)

Add:
2 cups flour (one cup at a time)

Mix well and roll into golf ball size balls and keep cold. Roll out fairly thin and grill on Lefsa grill Makes 20-25 Lefsa
(if sticky: add potatoe; if dry: add milk)
