Lemon Bars Recipe

Crust: 2 cups flour
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 cup margarine
sift flour and powdered sugar; cut in margarine until mixture clings
together. Press into ungreased 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 20-25 minutes,
or until lightly browned.

4 beaten eggs
2 cups white sugar
1/3 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder

Beat together eggs, sugar and lemon juice. Sift flour and baking powder
together then add to egg mixture. Pour over crust and bake at 350 for 25
minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar when cool.
