2/3 c. light brown sugar
4 tbsp. oleo
1 20 oz. can of pineapple rings (drained)
7-10 marchino cherries
1 18.25 oz. yellow cake mix
1 c. water
1/4 c. vegetable oil
3 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle brown sugar on bottom of microwave-safe 10 inch round cake pan or 9x13 baking dish; dot with butter. Microwave on high for 1 1/2 minutes. Evenly spread mixture; arrange pineapple slices and cherries in the middle. Combine cake mix, water, oil, and eggs. Beat well, spoon batter into pan and microwave at 70% power for 14 to 16 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes. Loose with knife and invert onto platter.
