Directions:
Place beef brisket in baking pan at least 2 inches high. Cover with liquid smoke and worchestershire. Sprinkle with seasoning to lightly coat. Cover with foil (to seal) and place in oven at 250ºF. Bake for 6-8 hours (overnight is great). Remove from oven and let cool for 15 minutes. Slice thinly across the grain and return to pan. Mix bottled BBQ sauce with juices and return to oven for 45-60 min. Remove and serve. If you like smoked flavor but not BBQ sauce, skip the last step and once sliced, serve.

Personal Notes:
I have never met a meat eater who didn't love this. It takes no time to prepare and can be cooked well ahead and placed in refrigerator. Reheat at 250ºF for 30 minutes when ready to serve.
