1 (8oz)can of whole cranberry sauce
2 tbsp light corn syrup
1 can (12oz)sweet potatoes (drained)
1 tbsp brown suger
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ginger
2 cups of coarsely chopped COOKED pork

Directions:
Directions:
Stir together cranderry sauce,& corn syrup,set aside.In another bowl beat together potatoes, melted butter,brown suger,salt,and ginger.Blend with blender.Stir pork and mixture together and put in a 1 quart dish.Bake uncovered at 350F for 35 min.Spread cranberry mixture over top Put back in the oven for 5 to 10 min.longer
