1 - 20 oz pkg refrigerated shredded hash brown potatoes
1/3 cup butter, melted
1 tsp beef bouillon granules
1 lb bulk pork sausage
1/3 cup chopped onion
1 cup cottage cheese
3 eggs lightly beaten
4 slices process American cheese, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl, combine the hash browns, butter and bouillon. Press onto the bottom and sides of a greased 10 inch pie plate Bake at 350º for 25 -30 minutes or until edges are lightly browned. Meanwhile, in large skillet brown sausage and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink, drain. In large bowl combine the sausage and onion , cottage cheese, eggs, and American cheese. Pour into potato crust. Bake at 350º for 40 - 45 minutes or until knife inserted in middle comes out clean. Let stand for 5 minutes before cutting.
