1 large Boston-butt pork roast
1/2-3/4 c. water
Small bottle Liquid Smoke
Salt & pepper, to taste
Tony's Creole Seasoning, to taste
Jack Daniels BBQ Sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Place roast and all ingredients (except BBQ sauce) in a heavy-foiled lined pan. Seal tightly and place in 275º oven and bake all night.

The following morning, take out of oven, let cool and pull meat apart into bite-size pieces. Toss meat with Jack Daniels BBQ Sauce and serve on warm buns.
