1 Quart Starwberries (61/2cups) Washed and slice.
2/3 cups suger
2 tbsp orange flavored liqueur or exctract
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Combine berries ,suger,liqueur,& lemon juice into food processer or blender.whirl until processed.refrigerate until ready to use. Spoon overfresh fruit or ice cream sorbert, or even cake

Can red Berry Glaze with that berry sauce:Combine ! cup Fresh berry sauce 1/2 cup currant jelly in small sauce pan. Cook 3 to 5 min.or until a little think use glaze for fruit ,tarts,pies,and cakes. ENJOY!!
