8 ozs Cream Cheese
1 1/3 c butter softened
2 2/3 c flour
Filling:
2 eggs
1 1/2 c brown sugar
2 tbsp butter
2 tsp vanilla
dash salt
1 1/3 c chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 3 ingredients. Chill for one hour at least. Make 1 inch balls and press into mini muffin papers in mini tins.
Mix remaining ingredients and fill muffin tins. Don't overfill. Bake 325º for 25 minutes or until crust is lightly browned.
