Do ahead tip: Before dressing is added, the bag of sald greens can be clsed tightly and refrigerated no longer than 24 hours.

Pineapple Substitute: Subsitute 1 can (13 1/4 oz) pineapple chunks, drained for the mandarinn oragne segments and snipped mint leaves for the parsley.
