Beef Brisket

Sauce, see recipe below.

Directions:
Directions:
Pour 1/2 bottle of liquid smoke on both sides of the brisket.
Let stand overnight (wrapped tightly in foil)
Bake next day until tender, 4 to 5 hours at 300 degrees.
Cool and Slice.
Pour sauce over meat and reheat.

Sauce:
Saute 1/4 cupp chopped onion in 1 Tblsp of butter.
Add 1/2 cup water
2 Tblsp vinegar
1 Tblsp juice from meat
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 cup ketchup
2 Tblsp brown sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp paprika
Simmer 15 minutes or longer.
