2 cups elbow macaroni noodles, cooked per package directions and drained
2 Tbsp butter or margarine
2 Tbsp flour
1/2 tsp salt
Dash crushed red pepper flakes
1 cup milk
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, grated
3/4 cup bread crumbs (or Pepperidge Farm dry stuffing mix)
2 Tbsp grated Parmesan cheese

Melt butter or margarine in a sauce pan.
Add flour, salt, pepper, and milk into pan, stirring until smooth.
Cook until slightly thickened.
Add worcestershire sauce and grated cheese, cook until cheese is melted.
Combine sauce and cooked macaroni in a greased baking dish.
Sprinkle with bread crumbs and grated Parmesan cheese.
Bake 30 minutes at 300 degrees.
