1 tube (11 oz) refrigerated crusty French Loaf
3/4 cup mozzarella cheese
3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 lb each thinly sliced deli ham and salami
1/4 cup chopped roasted red peppers or banana peppers, drained
1 Tbsp butter or margarine, melted
3 Tbsp shredded parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Unroll the dough and pat into a 12" x 14" rectangle.
Sprinkle with mozzarella and cheddar cheeses to within 1/2 inch of the edges.
Top with meat and peppers.
Rollup jelly roll style, starting with the short side.
Seal seam and tuck ends under.

Place seam side down on an ungreased baking sheet.
Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Bake at 375 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown.
slice with a serrated knife.
