6 oz spaghetti
1 (8 oz) can tomatoes
2 tbsp butter
1 (6 oz) can tomato paste
1/3 cup Parmesan cheese
1 tsp sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp oregano
1 lb ground beef or sausage
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1/2 cup onions, chopped
1 cup Ricotta cheese
1/4 cup green peppers, chopped
1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese

Cook spaghetti (about 3 1/2 cups); drain.
Stir in butter Parm cheese and eggs.
Line pie pan with spaghetti mixture to form crust. Brown meat; add onions and peppers, cook until tender.
Stir in tomatoes, tomato paste, sugar, oregano and garlic salt; heat it up.
Spread ricotta cheese on bottom.
Fill with meat mixture.
Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese; bake 5 minutes.
