˝ cup vinegar
˝ cup water
3 t 4 jalapenos, seeded and dices or minced
1-1/2 cups sugar
1 (12 ounce) package fresh cranberries

Directions:
Directions:
Combine vinegar and water in a saucepan.
Bring to boil
Add jalapenos and sugar
Boil 5 minutes
Add cranberries and boil 5 minutes more

Cool and place in a jar and chill. (I place in a glass bowl, when cooled to room temperature – I then transfer to refrigerator).

This is the most fantastic sauce and it will be your favorite…it is a Diaz family tradition to serve this at our Thanksgiving meals. You can also prepare this without the jalapeno or with a lesser amount and it tastes just as delicious!
