1 Pkg Yeast
2-1/2 Cups Bread Flour
1/4 Cup Sugar
1/8 Teaspoon Salt
1 Egg
1 Cup Milk

Directions:
Directions:
Put ingredients in bread machine in order listed. All ingredients should be room temperature, milk should be slightly warm. Set on manual setting.

When dough is finished, pinch off and form into balls on cookie sheet sprayed with Pam. Let rise 15-20 minutes in a warm place.

Bake 8-10 minutes at 350 degrees, until golden brown.
