2 cups shredded sharp natural Cheddar Cheese (~ 8 cups)
1-1/2 cup All purpose flour
½ cup butter - melted
~1/4 cup hot sauce
~ 36 large pimiento-stuffed green olives – drained

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400°.
Mix cheese and flour
Add butter and hot sauce and mix thoroughly.
(If dough seems dry,
work with hands – add more hot sauce or butter.)
Pinch off about 1 teaspoon of dough and pat into patties.
Mold patties over olives –
Shape into balls
Place 2 inches apart onto un-greased baking sheet seam side down
Cover and chill at least 1 hour
Bake ~ 15 to 20 minutes
Serve warm
