1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 (20 oz.) can pineapple tidbits or chunks
¾ c. self-rising flour
¾ c. white sugar
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
¾ stack Ritz crackers
1 stick butter

Directions:
Directions:
Grease casserole dish. Place crushed pineapple and then pineapple tidbits (or chunks) into dish. In a small mixing bowl mix flour and sugar together. Spread this over the pineapple. Put cheese on top followed by crushed Ritz crackers. Cut up butter into pats and place over top of casserole. Bake at 350ºF for 35 to 45 minutes.
