1 pt. milk
2 eggs
2 T. sugar
1 1/2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 T. oil
Filling options: lekvari jam, chopped walnuts, or pot cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs, sugar, and salt. Beat well. Add flour and gradually add milk. Beat until smooth, add vanilla. If batter is too thick add more milk. Batter should be thing enough to pout. Heat very little shortening in small frying pan. Pour in 3 T. of batter and spread evenly. Fry quickly and turn and fry other side. Spread with lekvari jam, chopped walnuts, or pot cheese and roll.
