6 tamales
1 lb ground beef
1/4 c diced onions
1 can corn
1 can tomato sauce
3 tbsp red chili
4 slices Velveeta or Kraft cheese slices

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onions in skillet. Add ground beef and cook until brown. Stir in can of tomatoes and corn. Using low to medium heat, allow to boil for 10 minutes. Pour half of this mixture into a casserole dish. Layer the tamales. Pour the remaining mixture over the tamales. Cover dish with foil or lid and bake in oven at 375 º for 20 minutes. Remove foil and layer slices of cheese over casserole. Cover with foil or lid until ready to serve.
