1 24 ounce frozen hash browns (O"Brian), thawed.
1/2 cup melted butter (optional). Can use less
2 cup shredded hot pepper cheese
2 cups swiss, cheddar or gouda cheese
2 to 4 cups meat and veggies, (ham, bacon, sausage, mushrooms, broccoli, onion, etc.
1 cup milk or half and half
4 eggs
1/2 tbsp seasoned salt

Grease 9" X 13" pan. Fit hash browns into pan to form crust. Brush with melted butter. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes. Top with layers of cheeses, meat and veggies. Beat eggs, milk and salt. Pour over cheese and meat. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. (Cook a little longer if you use extra amounts of anything). Cool 20 minutes (at least) before slicing. Serve with fresh fruit and muffins or coffee cake.
