1 1/2 (10 oz.) boxes lasagna noodles

Meat Sauce:
3 lb. ground meat
1 clove garlic
1 T. minced basil (sweet)
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 (1 lb.) can tomatoes
1 can Rotel tomatoes
2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste

Cheese Filling:
3 (12 oz.) cartons creamy cottage cheese
1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
3 T. parsley flakes
3 beaten eggs
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 lb. Mozzarella cheese

Brown meat slowly. Spoon off excess fat. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer uncovered for 1/2 hour.

Cook noodles until tender.

Mix first 6 ingredients of cheese filling. Place half the cooked noodles in 13"x 9"x 2" baking pan; spread with half the cheese filling. Cover cheese layer with half the meat sauce. Then spread half the mozzarella cheese. Repeat layers. Bake at 375F for 30 minutes.
