2 Cubes of butter
1 1/4 c. Sugar
1 c. Chopped Almonds
1/2 c. Finely chopped almonds (dust)
1 c. Semi-sweet chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Mix butter and sugar in a heavy pan over medium heat; do not allow butter and sugar to separate. Stirring constantly, allow candy thermometer to reach 310º. Take off heat and mix chopped almonds in the toffee. Pour onto a greased and foiled cookie sheet (spread toffee with spoon). While toffee is hot, sprinkle chocolate chips over toffee and spread with knife when melted (approx. 2 mins.) Sprinkle with almond dust. Cool in fridge. Once hard, break into bite-size pieces. Enjoy!
