1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. evaporated milk
8 oz. cream cheese
1/3 c. lemon juice
1 can sweetened condensed milk
12 oz. carton Cool Whip, thawed
1 store bought angel food cake
fresh or frozen sliced and sweetened strawberries
Directions:
Directions:
Mix together sugar, evaporated milk and cream cheese. Set aside. Tear cake into bite size pieces and mix together with cream cheese mixture. Put in 13x9 pan that has been sprayed with Pam. Mix lemon juice and condensed milk and pour over cake mixture. Top with strawberries, then cover with Cool Whip. Refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.
