1/2 c. butter or margarine
1 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 can (1 lb. 4 oz.) crushed pineapple, drained
5 slices white bread, cubed

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together butter & sugar. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Stir in pineapple. Fold in bread cubes. Place into greased 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Bake uncovered at 350º for 1 hour. Serve with ham.

You can cut down on the sugar if you don't like it too sweet. But it really makes a nice sweet combo with the salty ham. YUM!
