1 lb ground beef
½ cup uncooked rice
1/3 cup milk
¼ cup chopped onion
½ tsp salt
½ tsp celery salt
¼ tsp garlic salt
dash of pepper
1 Tbsp shortening (or Pam)
2 large cans tomato sauce
½ cup water
1 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Mix beef, rice, milk, onion and seasonings (using hands). Form into balls, fry in melted shortening until light brown. Add tomato sauce, water and Worcestershire Sauce. Mix well. Cover and simmer over low heat for 45 minutes. If sauce is to runny, add uncooked rice. Serve with mashed potatoes and green beans.
