9+ uncooked lasagna noodles
1 medium onion – chopped
4 garlic cloves – chopped
1 can chicken or vegetable broth (14 ½ oz)
1 Tbsp fresh rosemary (chopped) or 1 tsp dry rosemary
1 can artichoke hearts (14 oz) – drained and chopped
1 10oz package frozen chopped spinach – thaw and squeeze to drain
1 jar alfredo or roasted garlic parmesan sauce
3 chicken breasts – cooked and cut up – OPTIONAL
fresh mushrooms
3 cups (12 oz) shredded mozzarella
1 pkg (4 oz) crumbled herb & garlic feta cheese

Directions:
Directions:

1)Heat oven to 350 degrees – spray 9x13 baking dish
2)Medium high heat – add in this order
a.Onion and garlic (3 min – until crisp)
b.Broth and rosemary – boil
c.Artichoke, spinach and mushroom – reduce heat
d.Cover and simmer for 5 minutes
e.Stir in pasta sauce
f.Add chicken
3)Layer mixture, noodles, mozzarella (repeat) – last layer use feta then mozzarella
4)Bake covered for 40 minutes and then uncovered for 15 minutes
