2 C milk
1 tsp. garlic salt
3 T. melted Butter
1 ½ C. chicken broth or water
2 T. chopped onion
2 chicken bouillon cubes
3 T. flour
1 C. cooked broccoli
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
½ tsp. ground thyme
Directions:
Directions:
Cook in butter until tender. Blend in flour and seasonings. Add mils, stirring constantly. Cook until thick. Add cheese (to taste), cook until melted. Remove from heat, stir in hot broccoli, heat but do not boil.
