1 9" deep dish unbaked pie crust
1 1/3 c dk corn syrup
1 cup brown sugar
1/3 tsp salt
1/3 c melted butter
2 tsp vanilla
1 tsp lemon juice
dash of cinnamon
4 eggs
1 heaping cup chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Combine corn syrup, brown sugar, and butter in sauce pan, Bring to a boil and boil 2 minutes.
In a large mixing bowl combine eggs, vanilla, lemon juice, salt, and cinnamon, Beat well until eggs are frothy. Pour warm syrup mixture into egg mixture and blend gently. Add pecans and stir.
Pour into crust.
Bake 375º for 12 minutes. Reduce heat to 350º and bake for 30 more minutes until slightly puffy and light brown, Check by putting table knife into pie halfway between center and crust. It should come out wet but pretty clean.
