1 (8 oz.) pkg. fresh mushrooms, chopped
1 bunch green onions, chopped
1 white onion, chopped
1 stick butter
1 (8 oz.) Philly cream cheese, cut up
1 qt. half & half
2 cans of whole corn drained
2 cans cream of potato soup
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 can Rotel, drained
1 lb. shrimp
1/2 tsp. crab boil ( optional )

Sauté mushrooms, green onions, white onion and butter in large heavy pot, until tender. Add cream cheese. Mix well, then add half and half; mix well. Add crab boil. Cook for 30 minutes stirring often. Put in shrimp, let cook for 10 minutes. Remove from heat and let sit for 10 minutes.
