1 16 oz. package frozen chopped spinach
2 13 oz. cans artichoke hearts
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. sour cream
1 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 1/2 c. pepper jack cheese
8 oz box cream cheese
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. garlic powder

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º, grease a casserole dish with nonstick spray. Heat the spinach in a microwave oven on high for 5 minutes and squeeze dry. Drain the artichoke hearts and coarsely chop. Combine all the ingredients except the pepper jack cheese in large bowl. Stir well. Scrape into the prepared casserole dish and sprinkle the jack cheese on top. Bake for 30 minutes
