1 can of liquid from artichoke hearts
2 cans of artichoke hearts, drained
1/3 c. olive oil
1 c. bread crumbs
1 c. grated Romano cheese
Juice from 1 lemon
Chopped garlic to taste
Black pepper to taste

Directions:

Chop artichoke hearts. Add all other ingredients, reserving some grated cheese for topping. (Add more olive oil if too dry). Sprinkle top with cheese and bake at 350ºF for 30 minutes.
