2 lbs. lean ground chuck/hamburger/pork/veal
2 slices white bread
1/2 c. fresh basil, chopped
1/2 c. fresh flat leaf parsley, chopped
1 c. grated romano cheese
1 egg
1-2 cloves of minced garlic
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp.pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Slightly wet bread with water under tap. Slightly squeeze out excess water. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Form into fist sized meatballs. Place on a foil covered jelly roll pan. Bake at 425 for 30 - 40 minutes, until done. Drop cooked meatballs into spaghetti sauce and simmer in sauce for 30 minutes. Serve over pasta and enjoy!
