3 Tbsp flour
3 Tbsp cocoa
1 cup sugar
1 1/2 cups milk
3 egg yolks
3 Tbsp butter
1 tsp vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Mix well the flour, cocoa and sugar. Slowly add milk, egg yolks and butter. Cook until thick then add the vanilla.
Pour into baked pie shell and top with meringue.
I use 1 tsp water for each egg white. This increases the volume. Use 2 tsp. sugar for each egg white. You can easily double this recipe.
