11/2cups of all purpose flour
1/4 tsp salt and 1tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking soda
3/4 cups (11/2sticks) butter
1 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
1/4 cups milk
1 cup of quick cooking oatmeal (not instant)
1 cup raisins
1/2 cup chopped walnuts


Directions:

Preheat oven at 375F
Sift together flour,baking soda,cinnamon and salt (or just use self rising)

Beat together suger,butter,vanilla,at low mix.
then increase to high.3 min. Reduce speed and add egg(one at a time) add milk gradually add flour mixture.Stir in raisins and walnuts.

Drop dough in rounded tsp 2 inches apart on greased baking sheet.Bake at 350F for 8 to 10 min.Or until edges are slightly brown. cool on wire rack. Enjoy!!
