4 c cooked pinto beans
1 lb ground beef
1/4 c diced yellow onion
1 c chopped green chilies
1 c grated mozzarella cheese
1 tbsp salt
1 tsp garlic salt
corn tortillas

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to at 375º. In skillet, saute onions. Stir in ground beef and brown over medium heat. Add seasoning, pinto beans and green chilies. Cook for 15 minutes. If mixture is too dry, add more water and cook until juice thickens. Spoon some of the mixture into a small casserole dish. Layer 4 to 6 corn tortillas, spoon half of the mixture and cover with half of the mozzarella cheese. Layer another 4 to 6 corn tortillas and remaining mixture. Cover dish with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove foil and add remaining mozzarella cheese. Garnish with lettuce and tomatoes if desired.
