1 stick butter
1 c. creamy peanut butter
1 c. chocolate chips
1 12 oz box rice chex cereal
3 c. powdered sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in a saucepan over medium high heat. Add peanut butter and chocolate chips. Stir until melted. Pour over rice chex© stir until well coated. Pour in powdered sugar and stir until well coated.

This tastes best after it has set for at least an hour.
Also, sometimes I replace the chocolate chips for white chips. (My son doesn't like a lot of chocolate, but loves white chocolate) I like it both ways!
