5 medium potatoes
6 T margarine
6 T flour
1 C grated cheese
3 C milk
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
2 T chopped onion
1 ham slice, cubed

Directions:
Directions:
Peel the potatoes and slice them up thin. Make white sauce with butter, flour and milk. Add cheese and stir until melted. Put half of the potatoes in a greased 9x13 pan. Add half the ham, then half the sauce, seasoning and onion. Repeat in same order with the remaining ingredients. Cover and bake at 350 for one hour. Uncover and continue baking until top is brown about 15 minutes.
