1/2 cup reguler rice
1/2 cupraisins
1/4 cup butter
2 cups milk
3 beaten eggs
1/3 cup suger
1tsp vanilla
1/2tsp salt
Ground cinnamon
light cream

Directions:
In heavt 2 quart saucepan bring 2 cups of milk,rice,and raisins to boiling point. reduce heat.Cover and cook on low heat until rice is tender.(about 5 min)Remove from heat Stir in butter.

In a bowl combine 2 cups milk,eggs,suger,vanilla and salt.gradually stir rice mixture into egg mixture. Pour into a 10x6x2 baking pan. Bake at 325F for 30 min.Stir and sprinkle with cinnamon.bake until knife comes out clean 9 about 20 min) seeve warm or cold with ice cream..
