3 Green Plantain Bananas
Goya Adobe seasoning or Salt
Canola oil for frying

Directions:
Directions:
1. Remove the skins off the plantains
2. Slice about 1/2 inch thickness
3. Deep fry until lightly brown.
4. Drain on a paper towel
5. On a cutting board, Use the back of a heavy
knife, to flatten each plantain,
6. Refry in oil, until desired crispiness
7. Drain on a paper towel
8. While hot, quickly season with "Goya Adobe
Seasoning" or Salt
