1 dozen (boiled) eggs
1 lb. can spinach
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
Directions:
Directions:
Cut hard boiled eggs in half, saving egg yolks in mixing bowl. Drain spinach, put in pot with 1 cup of water, boil spinach and drain. Squeeze all water out of spinach. Chop spinach, mix with mashed egg yolks and 1/4 cup mayonnaise. Stuff in hard boil egg whites. Arrange on platter and sprinkle with nutmeg.
