1 cup dejon mustard,
1/3 - 1/2 cup white wine,
2 cups fresh bread crumbs,
2 cups grated parmesan cheese,
12 - 18 chicken drumbsticks (or 6 chicken breasts)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º.
Thin mustard with wine to dipping consistancy.
Combine breadcrunbs and parmesan cheese.
Dip chicken in mustard mix and roll in breadcrumb mixture.
Place on greased cookie sheet.
Bake for 45 minutes or until done.
Serve warm or cold.
