Pumpkin Bars Recipe

1 2/3 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1 c. cooking oil
1 tsp. salt
4 eggs
1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
1 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. cinnamon

3 oz. cream cheese
c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. powdered sugar

Cream the sugar and oil; add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add the pumpkin and mix well. Sift dry ingredients and add to mixture. Bake at 350F for 25-30 minutes in 9" x 13" pan. Cool.

Mix icing ingredients. Frost cake and cut in bars.
