2 ½ c. finely crushed vanilla wafers
1 c. powdered sugar
2 tsp. cocoa
1 c. finely chopped nuts
1 c. coconut (if desired)
3 tsp. corn syrup
¼ c. bourbon (or wine or rum)
Powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first four ingredients well. Add corn syrup and bourbon (or wine or rum). Mix well. Roll into 1 “ balls. Roll in powdered sugar. If balls become dry sprinkle with bourbon, wine or rum.
